Browse our collections, select your size and colour, click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout. It takes less than 2 minutes!
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately no — because every Navyah product is custom-printed and production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once confirmed. Please double-check your size, colour, and address before ordering.
My product is damaged or defective — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- An unboxing video
- Photos of the defective item
- Photos of the original packaging
- Your order number

We will send a free replacement immediately after verification.
Why do I need an unboxing video?
The unboxing video proves the condition of the product when you received it. Without it we cannot verify the damage and process a replacement. Please record a short video every time you receive a Navyah order — it takes 30 seconds and protects you completely.
