At Navyah, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

PROCESSING TIME

All Navyah products are custom-printed on demand. Once you place your order, we require 2–3 business days to print, quality check, and pack your item before it is handed over to our shipping partner.

DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and PIN code.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 4–8 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines may be slightly longer during sale periods, public holidays, or in case of natural disasters or courier disruptions beyond our control.

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹799
• Standard Shipping: ₹79 for orders below ₹799
• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling charge applies

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Note: Some courier partners may have limited tracking updates. In such cases, please allow the full delivery window before contacting us.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most PIN codes in India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

COD is not available for certain remote PIN codes serviced exclusively by India Post.

COMPLETE & ACCURATE ADDRESS
─────────────────────────────
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and includes:
• House/Flat number
• Street name and area
• City and State
• PIN code
• Landmark (very important for accurate delivery)
• Active phone number

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Additional re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order (due to wrong address, customer unavailable, or area not serviceable), the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-shipping charges will apply.

LOST IN TRANSIT
