RETURN & REFUND POLICY — NAVYAH

At Navyah, every item is custom-printed especially for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

Because every Navyah product is made to order and printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size. We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully on every product page before placing your order.

WHEN WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND
─────────────────────────────
We accept replacement or refund requests within 7 days of delivery if your product is:

✅ Defective or has a manufacturing fault
✅ Misprinted (design placement is incorrect or print quality is poor)
✅ Damaged during transit
✅ Wrong item delivered (different product or design than ordered)

HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM

To raise a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with ALL of the following:

1. UNBOXING VIDEO — A video recorded while opening the sealed package (this is mandatory — claims cannot be processed without it)
2. Clear photos of the defective/damaged item
3. Photos of the original packaging and courier cover
4. Your order number

Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

TRANSIT DAMAGE — URGENT
─────────────────────────────
If your package looks damaged when the courier delivers it, please:
1. Mention "package damaged" when signing the delivery receipt
2. Record an unboxing video immediately
3. Contact us on the SAME DAY of delivery

Damage claims raised after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR

❌ Wrong size selected at the time of ordering — please refer to our size chart before ordering
❌ Change of mind or personal preference
❌ Minor colour variations — colours may appear slightly different on screen vs the printed product due to the nature of digital printing
❌ Damage caused while opening the package with scissors or sharp objects (unless shown in unboxing video)
❌ Claims raised after 7 days of delivery

Each product page has a detailed size chart with measurements in inches. We strongly recommend measuring yourself before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins immediately. Please double-check your size, colour, and address before confirming your order.

COD ORDER REFUNDS

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details with us when raising the refund request.
