Navyah is an online clothing store offering custom-printed apparel and accessories for men, women, and kids. All products are made to order.

2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

• All Navyah products are custom-printed on demand after your order is placed
• Product colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to the nature of digital printing
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as production begins immediately
• Please check size charts carefully before ordering — size exchange is not available for custom products

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery
• Payment must be completed before your order is processed
• For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Returns are accepted only for defective, misprinted, or damaged products
• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video
• Size exchanges and change-of-mind returns are not accepted
